The idea of the forum is to exchange and help each other to improve our websites and our digital presence. Here there are no stupid questions and kindness is a primary value. But for everything to work as smoothly as possible, I will ask you to read and respect the following guidelines:
- Be courteous and polite. We are here to help each other in a good atmosphere 😄... People who are rude or post inappropriate content will be moderated.
- Before starting a new discussion, make sure you have searched 🔍️ on the forum (or our blog) to see if the topic has already been covered.
- When you start a discussion, choose a clear and concise title. Also remember to add the appropriate label(s) to classify the discussion. These points are important to increase the chances of people answering you.
- The text editor uses Markdown format. Using the editor menu, you can easily format your message with titles, bold, italics, add links, upload images or files... For more info about Markdown, you can find a Cheatsheet here.
- When you participate in a discussion, avoid single word answers like "awesome" (you can react to a message instead). If you are replying to several people, try to tag the person or quote the part of the message you are replying to (by selecting the text and clicking on "quote"). If you feel that your reply is moving away the thread, this is a sign that it may be better to start a new discussion.
